Conclusion:  Who doesn’t love a jazzy pencil skirt!  This has become one of my go to patterns.  I could rock a pencil skirt everyday of the week if I had to.  I will shorten the waist to hip length in the next make.

Would I make this again? Yes and I have.  Several times over.
